Yesterday, I published βI have no Egoβ on Medium. And itβs all about leadership, professionalism, and saving lives. So, what about our human ego? Can we have no ego? Of course not! We want our lives to have meaning, donβt we?
We want to be seen and appreciated. At least by some of our own species, donβt we?
The best gift we can give a person is to really see them and appreciate them!
In psychology and brain sciences, they say our ego is in the amygdala. Always, when I climb the hill in Paralio Astros, Peloponnese Greece, and see the wild almonds, I think of my own brain.
A hard nut to crack, hahahahahahaβ¦ π
The amygdala is where our fears are triggered and our stress comes from. We donβt want to die biologically. Itβs a deep-rooted fear. Our mind tries to keep us safe by feeding us bollocks, complot theories, victimhood feelings, and toxic loops.
A mind puzzle⦠in an adventurous, volatile world.
Our human challenge is to get out of our own loops. And thrive, even in harsh conditions. Thatβs what evolution is all about. Thatβs what living is all about.
So, let me boost my own ego a bit and tell you behind the substack paywall about our newest ecosystem restoration and cooling the planet projects in Greece.
Weβve told you all the mechanisms in 12 years of free education on Medium, YouTube, Facebook, and our many educational programs. Now itβs time to let you pay. Because when people donβt pay, they donβt value the learnings enough to do their homework.
We have been designing many sustainable and healthy prevention projects in The Netherlands since 2012. Systems Aanalysis and Systems Change. And now, Greece will be our Magnum Opus before we retire and we completely leave it to the youngsters to take over our leadership role.
The young have the future. They will solve their own issues in their own waysβ¦
You only have a few years left to learn from me and from Abundanism (the systems change, economic, marketing strategy way to solve sustainability and toxicity issues).
Iβm taking it slower these daysβ¦ And I have a huge longing to write science fictionβ¦
