A Greek Growth Economy AND a Healthy Environment. How?
STOP pollution. CREATE healthy projects and local Greek jobs.

Greece is my muse. Greece is my wonder. Greece is where I can feel myself breathe. I love the sea and the land. I love Astros because I’m human stardust. Astros. Star.
The area here is called Thyrea. The Gateway. The Portal.
It’s in Peloponnese. A tourist economy where we strengthen the economy by filling empty time and spaces. Not putting extra pressure on nature. Attracting long-stay people to the area to fill up empty hotels and enjoying nature and authentic Greek life.
Simple life with locals. Peace and health.
Yesterday, I spoke to a Flemish friend here from Antwerp. And she feels it just like I do. Her dreams are crystal clear here. Futurist. Symbolic. We exchanged notes. And we felt sisterhood. That might be the most important thing in chaotic life right now. Brotherhood & sisterhood.
Recognition. Deja Vu. No stress in the Blue Zones.
I write about Blue Zones. These are the places where science measures 1:3 people to become 100+ without chronic illnesses. The HOW fascinates me. And I meet the old women here. Still tending their olive groves at the age of 98.
It has to do with healthy food (fermentations, diversity of microbes for gut feeding and immune system). Anti-oxidants as in high polyphenol olive oils. But it also has to do with enough walking. Movements. Dynamics. Dancing. Sports. Swimming. It has to do with physical work. Not sitting on your butt all day. Heart & Hands & Head.
Community sense. Social control. No loneliness.
Strangely, it doesn’t have to do with physical comfort in the science measurements.
Ikaria is the Greek Blue Zone. There are only 5 or 6 areas in the world, I think. A few in Japan. Two in Mediterranean. And one in South America? Look it up in AI.
Ikaria is not a comfortable place. Harsh weather. Fierce winds. Simple life. Rough beauty. With outdoorsy people strongly in touch with our planet. Morphic Resonance (biology) for timing. Intuition. Survival. Thriving in spite of. Resilience.
They also call morphic resonance DEEP Ecology. Collective consciousness of our planet. I met the philosopher during my science studies. Norwegian Arne Naess. Becoming one with the elements. “Becoming the mountain”. Mike did it in Nepal.
Apparently, according to science, it’s the water that creates morphic resonance. Water is a receiver. So, all the memories of the world are stored in the water via the microbes. And we drink that water, and are informed in our nights. Or so it seems.
Water, light, and microbes. We are a water and light planet. 70% of our human body is water. 70% of the planet’s body is water. Not really a coincidence. We ARE the planet.
So, what about Healthy Ecology in a Growing Economy?

Holistic Vision on Area Design & Architecture
Behind the paywall, you find an interview with Vivi Melegou, a wonderful, female Greek architect. She gives us her holistic vision on architecture. Blending in with the Peloponnese landscape. And very spacious and open plan inside. A seeming paradox. But that’s what holism is all about.
The sound of one hand clapping can only be heard… Inside…
Simple Greek Holistics do wonders in every complex subject. Interconnected full spectrums. Architects are the designers who understand it best. Design. 4 Colors. Black and white becoming all colors. Absorption and reflection of light creating heat and cold and a stable indoor climate.
In biomimicry, we call it termite ventilation. Like termite hills in the desert. Stable indoors, whereas the temperature outdoors is hugely fluctuating.

Bring your group and our Greek friends will host you 200m form beaches and an inspiring village and changemaking community. Contact us for Greek help in surfing the bureaucracy too.
